WORST SERVICE EVER! TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING 8/15/2018

I got him through the home warranty company. HE DID NOT EVEN LAY A FINGER ON MY REFRIGERATOR but said it was a "control board" (which it turned out not to be) He just looked at the fridge from across the room (I have video surveillance of the whole thing) ...he was attempting to rip off the home warranty company. He promised for days that he would come out but kept cancelling. What a low rent ... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! more

Upset Customer, Atlanta GA 6/8/2018

BUYER BE WEAR! QT HEATING AND AIR BEST ALL AROUND replaced my heat pump in July 2017. In May 2018 I had a condensation leak. I called the warranty company Total Protect, they assigned the work order to QT Heating and air. The work was completed and two units were installed. Ten months later I am having major problems! QT HEATING AND AIR WORST OF ALL did shoddy work and took short cuts that is costing me a lot of money! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! Took my money and did a half job. HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?! I PRAY GOD'S WRATH UPON YOU!!!!!! This rating doesn't deserve one star; however, it's the only way I can post this message. more
