I wanted to get just the right sweater for my Yorkie but because he is so little he is a hard fit. I emailed Puppy la Pu and they couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. The owner went through her merchandise and guided me to what would be a perfect match for my dog. I was referred also by a friend. It's relatively new but WOW what a great company and service. The packaging was superb and extremely timely service and realiable delivery. What really impressed me the most was the material of the clothing. I bought 2 items, one for a friend's dog in New Hampshire and another for a friend's dog in Philly. They both loved it but my one friend in particular was excited because most items like this he purchases for his dog irritates the skin but the material this company uses caused no problems whatsoever. They have a great selection. The only problem was the moral dilemma I was faced with when I bought a Boston Red Sox outfit for the dog as I'm a die hard Yanks fan! But hey at least the dog is happy! I was recently referred to Puppy La Pu from my friend at work. I have a shitsu & he needed a sweater . When I saw the site, my first thought was how Cute!! Anyway- I recieved my sweater wrapped in tissue paper, with a thank you letter !!! And in only a week. Not only that- before the order was mailed she sent me a follow up e-mail to double check it was the accurate size. I LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...
