Accomidating and Flexible. 1/21/2014

We were in the process of repaving sections of our parking lot. Our contractor informed use that we would have to contact somebody to access the underground utilities. We called PULS Inc. and they were able to come out quickly. We were having a lot of rain during that time and they we able to accommodate us by being flexible and getting the project done quickly. They even came out on a Saturday to finish up. I was satisfied with them. more

Our construction company uses PULS Inc. often for utility marking on private locations. They offer great service and fast turn around. They never give us any issues when we need technicians for a job. As soon as we call them with a request, they can usually send someone out within a day or two, and that helps to make our services run smoothly. We recommend others to definitely use PULS. Once you give them a try, they will win you over right away, and you will want to use them again! more

Professional technicians. Detailed reports. Flexible and accommodating scheduling staff. 1/8/2014

Our business has been using PULS, Inc. for a couple of years now. We have used other GPR companies in the past, but PULS is the best. They really do a professional job. Their technicians are very good. They arrive on time for all their jobs. They are more than willing to come out and help with any issues that arise. After they perform a job, they provide detailed, professional reports where everything is marked out and easy to locate. Their office staff is great, too. In the construction business, weather and other such factors may affect the times and days of a project. The scheduling staff at PULS understands this, so they make it very easy on us. They are very flexible and accommodating, and they are willing to move things around if necessary. They're all just really easy to work with. You can tell this company goes the extra step for their clients. We will certainly continue doing business with PULS, Inc. more

Jumps through hoops for their customers! 1/7/2014

I used Puls Inc. for a ground utility project. They provided a plan of the location with several options for me. They really jumped through hoops for this project and Melissa was great! I have already called them for another job and have recommended them. I will definitely continue to use their services. more

Very, very thorough. 11/20/2013

PULS Inc. did a really good job. They did utility work for me on a private piece of government property where there was another building with utility workers present. They stayed out of the way of my clients and they gave me a really detailed description of where they had been. It was very meticulous and very helpful. This was not my first experience with their company and I already have them lined up for another job. I would recommend them. more

PULS Inc. did a private utility locate for us. We called in last minute and they came out pretty quickly. They met all the training requirements for the job and the follow up was good. Communication was a strong point. The experience was pretty easy and pretty hassle-free. They were very professional. more

PULS Inc. has provided on multiple occasions vacuum excavations and installations for us. I have always found them to be very responsive to all of our needs in an expedient, timely manner. They're very easy to work with. I have found not only their field staff, but their clerical staff as well to be very helpful at all times. We've been using their service for the past three years. They have excellent customer service. I really appreciate their expedient responsiveness and continued support. They have been a true pleasure to work with and very professional also in all aspects, particularly safety and field resources. more

Responsive and thorough 9/3/2013

PULS usually locate utilities on site. Since we have a lot of our own utilities, it's not covered by the 800 number and we have to locate them ourselves. We've been using their services for about 5 years and we stay with them because they are responsive, competent, and give us little drawings of the results that they have found. I would recommend PULS. more

We've been using PULS for about two years now and they've been helpful in locating utility infrastructure on oil and gas fields. We're very pleased with the service they provide. We work through challenges as they come up. They're overall helpful. PULS Inc. was quite thorough when we had underground wires that needed to be identified, organized, and repaired. The technicians were extremely conscientious about what we wanted them to do, or not do. They couldn't have been faster in meeting our needs when we were in a time crunch. more

Always accurate, always on time 7/15/2013

We have underground storage tank work and there are a lot of utility in the area. I like to use PULS because they are always on time, their drawings are very helpful to my field technicians, and they are always accurate. I consider PULS a very reliable subcontractor the 3 years we have been using them. more

Great work on short notice, great followup as well 6/13/2013

I use PULS mainly for their GPR and utility locating services. A lot of times when I need that type of work done I don't have a lot of notice and basically every single time I call, they are willing to work with me and adjust their schedules to get someone out. I am always pleased with their on-site work and follow up. Also, I have learned their prices are competitive with others in their industries so there is little need to check around for prices. more

Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with 6/10/2013

I had a long multi-faced project on an existing inner-city hospital. PULS responded to several emergency calls for utility locating. They did the locating of post-tension strands and reinforced concrete slabs. They were always very professional, very responsive. Their work was always complete and well-documented. Utility locating is an extremely important activity and if it is not done correctly the consequences are terrible. It isn't worth going with an inferior contractor. more

I've hired PULS on a couple jobs for GPS services. They've been excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The equiptment is reliable and up-to-date. I would recommend them to anyone doing environmental remediation and consulting. They are very cost-effective - competitively priced. PULS Inc had a great response time when we have interesting problems marking up underground utilities out in the fields. They have an efficient tech team and they are responsible. They take care of our needs, are knowledgeable of the tasks at hand, and we have used them in multiple counties with extremely positive results.
