Went in for an extraction. During so my tooth was shattered, could not numb the area even after multiple times trying to get the nerve with Novocain. Cut the tooth in 3 sections and gave up after she got just one of the 3 roots out! Wanted me to drive to someone else with a shattered tooth and bleeding like crazy. Had to tell her ""No, you started it you will finish it."" I think she just wanted to go home since it was taking longer than it had expected. the last root ended up breaking off and to this day is still stuck up in my gums and the only way to get it out is to get surgery. This was back in 2006 and its still there. My advice go to Gentech or somewhere else other than here.
