Never ever consider renting a house through Pruitt Management. We rented from them for 7 years. At the time we moved in the house the walls had not been painted and although not bad, the carpet had NOT been cleaned. Bushes outside the house were 7 or 8 feet tall. We paid a $650 refundable plus a $200 non refundable cleaning deposit. When we gave notice we received a letter stating do not do any drywall repair or carpet cleaning. We were charged (in addition to the $200 non refundable deposit) $150 to clean the carpet, $170 for ""general"" cleaning (the house was spotless when we moved out) and $215 for cleaning/trimming the yard?!?!? (The yard that was FAR better than when we moved in.) Before we moved out the owner of the house said that if we had a problem receiving our deposit back to contact her. She was very appreciative of the way we took care of her home. Now after we have moved out, we can't get a call back from us. Pruitt thinks they are getting an additional $200 from us. They WAY overcharged for imaginary things. If you do business with these people, don't expect any less. Pros: NOT ONE Cons: Everything about them more

WATCH OUT!!! Pruitt Management is worst rental company we?ve ever rented from. Just want to warn everyone and anyone that rents from them, to make sure you take note the condition of everything in the house you rent. TAKE PICTURES of everything that you think is weird or wrong with the place you rent!!! That is the only way you can dispute anything you?re charged for at move out. We just finished our lease with the company and cleaned the house for move out, and they charged and OVER charged us for everything, even the most stupid things. We got charged $60 for window film that was there before we moved in and was messed up, stating that we messed it up, they charged us $67 for Dryer cover( at Home Depot would cost only $3), $110 for cleaning ???(House was left in very good condition), $267 for the kitchen faucet (that we called them to come and fix 2 months before we moved out), $260 for carpet cleaning, $200 for ?extra cleaning expenses? and other several costs for little things. We only got back $200 of the $1500 in deposits, which they said is ?fully refundable?. So, I am just writing this review to let anyone know that most likely your NOT going to get back your deposit? so don?t look forward to it when you move out! more
