I was really impressed by the unusually friendly reception, the clear explenations of procedures in the work that I needed, the costs involved, and the engaging personalities of each individual. Jennifer was extremely helpful and made the 3 hours of fun i had that day easier to deal with. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant as always.
