I love the Provo Bakery! The donuts, rolls, and muffins are excellent. I stop by about once a month to pick up some goodies and have always had prompt and friendly service. Everything is reasonably priced, although some things are better deals than others. I once had a cinnamon roll that had almost enough sugar to put me in a coma, but everything else has been more than satisfactory.\r

I have stopped by two or three times during regular posted hours only to find them closed. I realize that there probably aren't too many staff, but I think they should change their hours if they're not going to live by them. It's frustrating to get out of the car, yank on a locked door, and end up going home muffinless.
Pros: Fantastic baked goods!
Cons: Unreliable hours
