Awesome staff and professional services! I have very sensitive teeth and never have to worry about even the slightest discomfort during cleanings.

Worst

After a root canal, I had numbness in my mouth for months. The Dentist's reply was "sometimes that happens".

Great Experience 12/22/2011

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. Pain brought me to Providence Dental along with a great recommendation. I had to get a filling and was really nervous. The care and concern of not only the Dentist but his nurses was great. Excited to have found a great family dentist! more

Crown and Filling Work 12/16/2011

First time I didn't have discomfort where I had to have a root canal. To me that deserves 5+ stars and I didn't have any pain associated with my dental work. Love my dentist Dr. Mayo! more

3 Fillings at One Time 12/13/2011

I have to say that I wasn't looking forward to this but Dr. Mayo did an excellent job. She had to numb both upper and lower sides of my mouth. She injected the numbing medicine very slowly so as not to cause me any pain. She also stopped several times to check and make sure that I was okay and not hurting. I have also seen Dr. P there. They are both wonderful dentists and make the process so much more pleasant than many other places I have been. The staff was very attentive and took great care of my scheduling needs. I do however miss Kay. Please send her my thoughts and prayers. more

I'm rating not only my last visit, but also my emergency visit on a Saturday when a tooth broke. Not only did they provide exceptional professional service, both Dentist showed compassion and caring. more

Excellent in EVERY WAY! 11/29/2011

I will not bore you with the endless dental trips I have had in my life. I have had everything done that can be done to a human mouth and several times I have had repeats b/c nothing will last in my MOUTH! So, I feel as though I am a really good judge of a DENTIST. Dr. Mayo and Dr. Cutie are the best. Dr. Mayo is very comforting to me as some times I just have to cry b/c I was dealt such awful teeth. She does great work and I have a beautiful smile again. The staff are wonderful people and have done overtime on me more then once. Bless all of them. I hope I never have to move away. Ms Huntsville more

From after hours emergency care, to a root canal, this is by far the best dental office that I have ever used. All members of the staff are friendly and helpful. I was never made to feel self-concious because I wasn't blessed with perfect dental health. The doctors are gentle and caring, and very in tune with patient comfort and needs. I highly recommend! more

I always enjoy my visits to your office. Only suggestion would be if in the future, you see that you are running late, shoot me a text and let me know. I could have worked an extra before coming in. I say this because you all use email and texting to confirm appointments, which is good for you all, but it could also be a benefit to the customers when you are running late like that. always great experience 10/12/2011

I love the bedside manner AND the skill of Dr Sersaud and Dr. Mayo. This time I saw Dr. P. He was gentle as always and skilled. My lidocaine shot did not even hurt. Most dentists I have had make me want to scream and run out at that point. Dr. P. was slow and pushed the med into my gums slowly vs. my dentist before (in Maryland) who acted like he was going to a fire. I always have a pleasant trip to this dental practice and am in and out under 45 minutes. The only reason I did not award 5 full stars this time was d/t office staff not greeting me. This was unusual. more

Extraordinary service, above and beyond my expectations 8/27/2011

I have yet to walk into this office and feel anything but comfortable. The staff is so friendly and caring. Dr Mayo is the best dentist I have ever been to. I will recommend her to all of my friends and family. more

Excellent Dental work 8/23/2011

I have been in the office at least 5 x's since July for some serious dental issues. Dr. Mayo is so kind and made this experience much easier. I will recommend them to everyone I know. more
