Great Service 1/29/2012

I was paying more for having my taxes prepared and getting less back with Protax I pay less and have received more back. Steve is up to date with all tax information. He explains as I watch on the dual monitor positioned for the customer. I finally found a good tax man and recommend him highly. more

My taxes are done 1/24/2012

Had my taxes done at protax assoc. The coffee was great .and their new building Is beautiful. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you steve and associates. more

I have been going to Protax for years now and they are awesome. Steve is a great person who always goes out of his way to help me with my taxes in any way he can. He is fast, efficient and every year I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I would never take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed. more

Tax experience 4/27/2011

Our ew xperience with protax was extrodiary. My wife hates tax time and often balks at the hour plus it usually takeseach year. We started working with Jeff Hackbath as our financial advisor and have developed a good relationship with him and trust his insight and references for other services such as having our taxes done at protax. Even having to print some documention I had left at home our appointment was less than 45 minutes long and very pleasant. Needless to say my wife was very pleased more

Fantastic Job 4/14/2011

It was a great time to hook up with Steve and Leah my appointment time was perfect and did taxes for myself and my son in one hour I will be recommending Protax Associates to all of my family and friends, I am just sorry that I lost contact with Steve he was in my wedding 36 years ago next month. Easy to work with! 4/13/2011

I I have been working with Steve for about 4 years now. My first year I cam in with a "bag" of stuff. I think he was amazed at the work ahead of him. I am now down to about 4 papers and the work is much easier for him. He's patient and clam. Unlike my past tax man who was my uncle! I like his refferal system and the fact that they give free help to those who make under a certain amount per year. I have referred him to several people I know who now use him. more

Steve makes the whole tax thing an amazing experience, even though most of us dread it! he is always friendly and through and explains everything to us in laymans terms, to those of us that still don't understand some of the tax jargon! usually our outcome is not as we hope,but Steve always breaks it to us gently, and always double checks to make sure there's not something more that he can help us with, we are clients for life!! and everyone we've sent his way, is as happy with him as we are! more

Friendly & Professional 4/11/2011

we were greeted with a smile (even though we were late b/c we got lost). My husband and I were going to file separate tax returns but Protax rep explained what was best for us even at the cost of loosing $ 60 , shows they have your best interest at heart. I was referred by 2 members from my family so happy I listened to my siblings. more

Steve Castro has helped me with my taxes for the last 8 years. He does a great job and is very accommodating with scheduling and questions. He is also very patient with me fumbling through all my paperwork.... Most of all I trust him. more

Stress free taxes 3/27/2011

Steve is very helpful and fast too. He has saturday hours so it is easy to schedule an appointment if you can't do it during the week. I find it a stress free way to file taxes. more
