We would highly recommend the team at PropertyAZ. They have managed our rental property from the very beginning, found a good tenant and are quick to act when needed. As we don’t’ live in Arizona, this is very valuable to us and we feel we can trust them to make decisions even if we can’t be contacted immediately. Yes, they are the best. more

Since we live out of state it’s hard for us to be there and we know that Amy will look after issues we may have. They are extremely professional, responsive and easy to work with. Everything is documented, communication is clear and timely. I bought a rental property in AZ about a year ago, and the entire process has been smooth due to Patty. I live in Chicago and did not know the AZ market, but Patty sure did! We looked at several properties and Patty knew right away which houses would make a good rental. She responds to all my questions in a timely manner, found a renter quickly and the statements/deposits are automatic. It has been great knowing that I do not have to worry about my property so far away. more

PropertyAZ helped me purchase a house recently and it was a great experience. The realtor spent a great deal of time with us as we were pretty picky about the house we wanted. All aspects of the transaction went smooth and ahead of schedule and our realtor did a great job of negotiating with the seller’s agent. If we move again, I will definitely use PropertyAZ again. more

I have rented two homes from PropertyAZ and have had a very positive experience with them overall. They respond quickly to any service requests or questions. I really like that I can pay rent online with them, and even submit service requests or check my account online too. I would recommend PropertyAZ to anyone looking to rent a home. more

I was in a tough position back in 2009/2010.... Just divorced, left my job, moved back to CA with my house in Gilbert, AZ. The housing market had hit an all-time low and could not break even on my home on the market. In comes Amy with all her short sale experience. I must admit that the process (at the current time, bank, etc.) took some time but she bent backwards to show and eventually sell the home. I was amazed and grateful for her experience and professionalism. In the end, the property went to another family and my credit score was barely affected.
