Our home town scooter store would not service our scooter (as we had not bought it there, yet the store we bought it from is out of business.) Progressive is out of state for us, yet well worth the drive. Great service, very helpful, easy to work with!!! Thank you!!!! more

Bruno Stair Chair Lift repeated failures 8/6/2017

I purchased my stair chair left from Progressive in October, 2016. I have found dealing with this company impossible. As a senior citizen with several disabilities, I am deeply regretful that I contacted this company for my stair lift need. I live in Pittsburgh, and the service for my repeated failures is to bad, I had to get a competitive Dealer to meet my service needs, at out of pocket cost. Senior Citizens, beware and do your on line research, before buying from this company. They are NOT senior citizen QA oriented. L. Spangle more

Chair Lift Failure 4/29/2017

I previously posted a note about the company. As of yesterday, my chair lift which is 6 months old had a major mechanical failure. A Technician was kind enough to come out today and evuate the situation, and had to order parts. It will take at least five days for the parts to come in. Then, the service time is not a know variable. What is a disabled person to do in this situation? I hold the manufacturer responsible for not overnighting the parts and paying the Dealer to give immediate repair. L. R. scooter non delivery 4/24/2017

I ordered an Alpine Blue Scooter and paid over $1600 and after talking.to customer service and explained my doctor did not want me to have a scooter. So when the driver that was delivering said scooter and I informed her I was refusing to accept delivery. Told the driver that I had talked to Customer service and they knew I was going to do that. They refuse to send back the $1629.00 I paid or respond to my emails. I would suggest no one do any business with this company they don't seem to care about anything but the money not their customer or reputation. Cheryl Smith more

Aftr the sale you are NOT relevant 10/15/2016

I made the mistake of not checking out tis cmpany, before I bought a product from them. After the installation, I email Eric the sales representative on an issue. Since they had the money in hand, and I want to point out, the check was cashed the same day. Eric did not have the courtesy to even respond to my email. I would not shop again at the store 9/26/2014

This place seems to be in the business of ripping off the ill and in-firmed. Because of my injury I had a friend purchase, by credit card, a medical device that I needed for recovery while I waited in the car. When my friend got back to the car we realized it was the wrong product. Progressive Mobility would not allow us to return it even though it had only been just minutes prior that we purchased it, claiming they had no way to issue a return. They could only give us a non-expiring store credit. now I own something I don't need and have to spend more money to buy something I do need because of their incorporation. I would not shop again at the store. more
