Professional Poolcare

I've been with Professional Poolcare for three years. They serviced my pool pump twice. The last time when the motor went out it wasn't too long past the warranty period and they couldn't get the manufacturer to accept it. They were able to put in another one at cost and charge me for the labor. I thought this was fair. more

I've been using Professional Poolcare for about three or four years. They came out when they said they would and fixed the pool. The gentleman who came out spent a decent amount of time explaining everything to me. They were willing to come out even when I wasn't home, and their service is quick. They get right on it. The will schedule you right away and come and do the install. I'd recommend them! They're good to work with! more

The people at professional Poolcare replaced 3 different electric motors for my irrigation pump with no questions asked. Eventually it was discovered that it wasn't the electric motors but the electric power supply that was faulty. They are good people to have on your team! more

I had an issue where my pool turned green. After numerous conversations with Michelle (After finally getting a call back from her), I was basically blamed for the pool turning green. They never answer the phone and let it go to voicemail. You leave a message and they won't return your call for 2-3 days. The price was reasonable but in this case you get what you pay for. I was able to find someone that previously worked for them and the customer service and price are right on! I would not recommend Professional Pool Care. more

I have been completely satisfied with my experience with Professional Poolcare. They recently replaced a pool pump motor for me, and they also provide me with regular pool care maintenance. Alfonso is the gentleman who does the poolcare, and he is very efficient. Michelle at the office is great and professional to work with, as well. I appreciate the work they do. I would recommend their services to others. more

Pete of Professional Poolcare responds immediately in any situation. I have breast cancer, so I need to be in that pool all the time. He goes as far as to come out even when he's not scheduled to make sure the pool isn't cloudy or green. About a year ago, he had an employee who was not that impressive. He responded to me immediately when I voiced my concerns. more

Professional Poolcare services my pool on a weekly basis. I've been using them for about six months now. They do a pretty nice job altogether. One thing that could be improved is their communication. There seems to be a lack of timeliness when it comes to returning phone calls or emails. Everything else is really good. more

I had Professional Poolcare come out to look at a light in the pool that wasn't working. I thought the pricing for them to come out here was very fair. They have a standard deal where they will come and look at something. Then, depending on what it is, they will do the work right there without some surprise charge. Pete came out, looked, and determined it was a fairly minor problem. He was able to take care of it right there on the spot in about 45 minutes. He was a very nice guy, too. He was very personable and friendly. more

We have a solar-powered heating system in our new pool, which we're not used to since the last pool we had didn't have that. Pete from Professional Poolcare was very knowledgeable about showing us how to work it and get it on. He set the timer for us as well. He was very knowledgeable, very sweet, and willing to help. This was our first time with any pool service. We definitely made the right choice going with him. He's reliable, dependable, and my pool works great. I called numerous other companies to get a one time clean for my pool but every company I called said they didn't do that or were just blowing me off. This company, Professional Poolcare, was super nice and said it would be no problem. They told me how much it cost and I thought the price was reasonable and they sent someone out here rapidly who took care of business. They really treated me like a continuing customer. After that, I decided to call them back to become a monthly client. There were some moments that went array that were out of their control. There was a moment where there was a glitch in their phone systems where I would call and it'd say the number didn't even exist. So I emailed Steve who responded the next day explaining to me what had happened. Michelle, who is very pleasant and personable on the phone, called me and apologized for the inconvenience. Then they were supposed to come out one day but they were down one person who had a crisis that took them out of town so their work was backed up. There was also a really bad rainstorm but they still came out! There was a bit of a reprieve in the storm so they came out and, in a short window, secured my chemicals, worked rapidly but thoroughly because they didn't want me to go any longer without the pool not done. They were polite, considerate, put everything away, and even made sure to close the gate when they left. more

My in-ground bulb light blew and needed switching out. I tried (following advice from a local pool store) to replace the bulb and gasket myself. A simple job in theory but very difficult to seal in practice. These guys saved me hours (days!) of aggregation, you cannot go wrong with them - they're absolute professionals. I won't be going anywhere else for pool service in Orlando. Thank you. more

I have been a satisfied customer of Professional Pool Care for almost 6 years. In the past, we have used a number of pool service companies. In my opinion Pete Gregory, the owner, and his pool service techs are the best. They exemplify qualities which are important to me--dependability, integrity, competence, and professionalism. And the end result? A sparkling pool! more

Service was good when I lived at the residence but suspect when I became an absentee owner. Their billing is horrible if you ever need an adjustment. RESPONSE FROM Professional Poolcare: Dave was a customer of ours for over 5 years. Through those years we have had growing pains as most small business do. Our system now sends you an e-mail when we complete service on your property. This is now especially useful for absentee owners. We have also hired full time office staff to address any billing issues our customers may have. Dave did recommend us to the new owners and they are currently having us take care of their pool. Called Professional Poolcare to come out for a second opinion on pool pump and advice! Although I did not use their services and I knew I was going to pay a high service call, the advice was worth it. The company ended up only charging half price for call. Don't go to the big chains without calling these guys first! more
