Well originally he used to be located on Civic Center then moved to Cheyenne/Tenaya area. I have to say I like this area much, much better. Dr Karl used to be a much more likable person but these last 2 years he's kinda just blah. I don't know if it's just age getting the best of him or maybe we just tend to see him at the end of the day when he's more exhausted. The staff makes up for his blah personality though.
