Professional Computer Repair

Bill runs a great company. I really didn't know where to look to find a reliable company. I'm glad that I contacted Bill. My laptop back light went out. Instead of Bill charging me for a whole new screen, he told me that he had a used screen around and it cut my price basically in half. He could have easily charged me for a new screen. Extremely Pleased with professionalism & knowledge. Bill is very courtious and helpful and I found his fees very resonable. This is the best experience I have had with a computer repair. When my laptop developed a problem with shutting itself down, and based on previous experiences I have had with other computer repairmen, I actually contemplated just going out and buying a new computer out of frustraion. Having used Bill for well over 5 years on a number of my personnel computers, I can say I have never met a person who took such pride in not only fixing problems others could not, but also taking the time to explain what he had done. He works relentlessly to fix any problem and won't quit til' its resolved and your satisfied. His prices are more than fair and unlike his lessor competitors, he will bill by the 1/2 hr. I have referred Bill to a number of my business acquaintances and they all have been satisfied. more

For anyone in need of a competent, extremely knowledgeable and very accessible tech, look no further than Bill at Professional Computer Repair. He graciously allowed my husband and me to show up with no prior appointment (due to our concern over what seemed to be a computer lock up issue), and without further ado proceeded to locate the problem and dispatch it with no fuss whatsoever.\r \r We were both very impressed with his wide-ranging computer knowledge and ability to quickly ferret out the problem and solve it, as well as his friendly and reassuring demeanor. HIs prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared with another tech we've called on in the past who charged almost four times as much AND didn't end up fixing the problem.\r \r We're so glad to have found Bill and will most certainly make him our ""go to"" guy for any and all computer needs or issues. My girlfriend and I have taken her laptop to Bill on two separate occasions (first time for a destructive virus, second time for a nasty spill we had), and we had/have no complaints whatsoever. We originally chose him after scouting around and doing our homework because his rates were so competitive ($45 an hour cannot be beat). Upon meeting and doing business with the gentleman, I can definitely say we would go back if we ran into any issues with either of our computers in the future (and yes, although he works on PC's, primarily, he does handle some Mac repairs as well). He runs his shop out of home, and he's been doing this line of work for longer than most of these guys on the ""geek squad"" have been alive. Some people might misread the small-scale/simple appearance of the shop as incapable, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Not everyone wants to work out of a high-end shop or have to deal with a rotating team of snotty employees. Professional Computer Repair is small and somewhat discreet, in terms of work-space and location, but the rates are completely affordable (even for struggling students!), the repairs were reliable, and the service was cordial and personable. If you're considering a repair, give Bill a call. It's a little tricky getting there if you don't know how to get to Milwaukee from inner-southeast, but this is hardly worth mentioning since my girlfriend and I found the place without any trouble.
