professional accounting and tax is anything except pofessional. After spending too much money on this service our taxes were done completely incorrect. We had no idea that this was the case until the IRS sent us a letter stating that instead of getting a $1200 refund we owed $400. No communication from the accountant. This cuased our taxes to be late. We called the accountants six times with no call beck, so we went to the office. They told us a that story about how we gave false info about paying estimated taxes (which I have never done ever nor would I know how). This was frustrating but we gave them the benifit of the doubt and paid the taxes, but they assuered use that our state taxes were done correctly and that they were reviewed for errors. Well as you may guess this was false on both accounts. After multipal calls to Professional accounting about why we hadn't gotten our state return with no replies, another letter in the mail from the state saying we were late in paying the $190 we owed them. Again I tried many times to call the accountant, no reply. When I did get a call back from an assistant the assisant told us that he felt that we should get a refund for the services and that he would try to be our advocat in the matter. The next morning I got a call from Jan the accountant ( at 7:45 AM) yelling that we had no right to complain and that we were to blame for the mistake, Imagine that we were to blame!! isin't the reason we pay to have our taxes done because we don't know how to do them and we there for pay to have them done. They refused to give us a refund of the fee for thier ""services"", or to help correct the mistake or even offer a simple apology. (which if I got I would have been at least mildly satisfied.)So I paid huge late Fees and spent way too much time trying to correct mistakes by these people. MY ADVICE IS THAT THIER ARE ALOT OF ACCOUNTANTS OUT THIER DON'T RISK IT BY USING THESE POEPLE THEY ARE NOT THE BEST CHOICE
