amandareckard? review. CUSTOMER destroyed her own TINT. This person could not understand simple directions. DON NOT ROLL DOWN for 2 days after tinting. This customer rolled a window down, destroyed the tint. Then when told to bring it in to be redone, she no showed twice on her appointment. Thinks its ok to set appointments and just show up if she wants to... I told her that she was inconsiderate of my time and business. She had set these on her days off, yet she tried to use a work excuse. Offered to let her drop the vehicle off, but that still was not good enough... Totally acted like, she didn't care, that I was to just fix her window.
Since being in business in 1988, I expect to get some customers like this occasionally.......................... Part of business.
