In Pro Home I finally found one contractor, willing and able to correct and complete a twice abandoned project. I had to gut the house I bought, and two separate bathrooms remodels had been left a mess. So I was fortunate to find Mark Schwarz. Mark is clearly a higher caliber professional: engineering background, particular about details, talented with design. He was happy to solve a complex problem. His workers are polite, well trained and supervised. They even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. He apprentices English- and Spanish-speaking workers and treats everyone equally well, is bilingual and a good communicator. Mark was able to create the proper moisture barrier in the shower ""window"" I am confident will prevent water damage in the walls; I ended up glad he was the one to complete this measure. There were a large number of corners to tile but upon completion you could never tell by looking I had been short of bullnose. He cleaned up the ugly mistakes I thought might have to remain. Mark further provided an excellent electrician and HVAC contractor that gave me a fair price on a reliable system, so I did not have to hunt around again for someone I could trust. All of this made my life much easier. I will be redoing one last bathroom but this time I will be calling Mark Schwarz first, not for repair.
