This shop is great, I just bought a Polaris from their sales guy Matt Reynolds. He was very helpful in getting me the camo ATV with power steering that I was looking for. I love my Polaris and I will definitely buy my next one from these guys too.\r more

This the the best shop in the area buy far, the selection is great and the staff is awesome. I have been a dirt bike guy for years but just bought my fist ATV.\r \r I got myself a Polaris 550, their sales person Matt Reynolds helped me make my choice. He was right the Polaris is great and I know it is the right ATV for me.\r more

I have been to all the shops in the area and the staff at this shop was by far the nicest. I bought my first ATV here from Matt Reynolds, he was very helpful and nice. I highly suggest this shop for anyone looking for their next toy. more

I have bought three bikes from procaliber, and will continue to do so. They are friendly and very helpful, if you are looking for a bike you should ask for the saleman that helped me. His name is Matt Reynolds, I have sent a couple friends in to see him and they both had a great experience. This shop if totally worth checking out. more

I am now the happy owner of a Yamaha Vino scooter. I knew exactly what I wanted and the staff at Pro Caliber was great. Especially Jason, who went out of his way several times (without being overbearing or high pressure) to be sure I knew everything I needed to be a happy customer. And he put frosting on the cake when he personally delivered my scooter to my home, at no charge. Landon, the money man also made the purchase short and sweet. 5 stars from me for these folks. I have been to Pro Caliber for quite some time and they have always been great. Just this week, I have decided to get a new bike and thanks to Jason and Brian, I have a brand new awesome sport bike! The service was excellent, quick, and very friendly. Not only that, they delivered the bike the same day I bought it, wax it up, checked the tire pressure, and even filled up the gas tank. Awesome! more

Bike service took three weeks after appointment day to complete. Was charged more than was quoted. Failed to do the scheduled service after several phone calls. And then did extra service without my approval and then tried to charge me for it. more

Just wanted to say I was impressed by this dealership. I stopped by on my way home from work, to check out a street bike and even though I think they were supposed to be closing , Andy stayed and answered my questions and didn't act put out that he had to stay late, which I appreciate because It was the only time I could get by there. I didn't buy anything yet, but I will be back! more

Service department has been great 1/16/2012

Service department has been great everytime I bring in one or both of my Polaris XP quads. Work is done on time and they make you feel like they appreciate your business. Highly recommend their service and parts department. more

Came to procaliber for the first time. New to the area and don't have a shop yet. I was looking for a lot of items for an ATV I am rebuilding and Rachel was a huge help. She helped find everything I was looking for and sent me away with contact info in case I need to order anything....\r \r Thanks Rachel! Pros: lots of what I need more

I took my old 3-wheeler in for some service. The guys down there took great care of me throughout the whole process. I had never been in before this but now I am telling everyone that this is the place to go for all motorcycle needs. I will be back again. Pros: Best bike shop in town more

went in recently to look at a KTM I've been eyeing for a while. Larry Ambers started talking to me and the rest is history. I'm the new proud owner of one of the finest bikes on the planet thanks to Larry and the rest of the wonderful staff at Pro Cal. Won't go anywhere from now on. Pros: Everything Cons: NONE! more

Great Customer Service - Pre Sale and post sale 1/11/2010

I recently purchased a new Kawasaki Teryx from Pro Caliber and have to say how impressed I am at how they handle all aspects of their customer service. Kyle was great to work with and that included good follow up with me before I actually came to buy. Justin and Larry, sales managers, also awesome as was Casey! Then parts where I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tracy who is not only very helpful, and knowledgeable but also a very pretty lady! Next up was Wayne and Terik in service where all my questions regarding this new machine have been answered as quickly as the turn around on service has been for me. It's a real treat to see a business and staff that has clearly made a serious comittment to treating customers well! Thanks to all and see you soon. Top Store! 12/21/2009

Even though I was not in the market for buying until I get my tax return I went into Pro Caliber and looked around, I was approached by (Kyle) and he asked if there was anything in paticular I was looking for for?, I replied by saying I am not buying today just looking, usually when a salesman hears this he turns away because he doesn't want to waste his time with you. Well not Kyle he walked through the store answered all my questions and he even gave me suggestions and ideas. I greatly appreciate the way he treated me and come income tax time I know where I will be spending mine. Thanks and see you in no time. Thomas Pros: best customer service around more
