A great place 3/13/2012

This place is grrrrrrrreat! They handled all the billing with my insurance co and repaired my car efficiently and to a state even better than before the accident. They were always nice on the phone and quick to update. I strongly recommend Pro Auto Care. Thanks guys! more

Many females can relate when I say that I'm sometimes intimidated by searching for an auto shop when I have NO IDEA where to go, what to do, what I should expect, etc. But Pro Auto Care walked me step by step through everything and didn't make me feel like just another dollar. They really care about you and their work. They checked up with me weekly with updates and take it back when my car was finished. They took care of EVERYTHING. If you live in the Mission Viejo area and need an auto repair shop, definitely make the drive to Pro Auto Care. Absolutely amazing. I will go to them every single time I need to from now on. more

Best Repair Shop in the USA 3/1/2012

Not only is Mike's the best repair shop in Mission Viejo, but I would say the best of any U.S. state I've ever lived in. They are the most knowledgeable, professional and HONEST mechanics and auto body workers I have ever encountered. They always look for ways to save their customers' money. I highly recommend them. more

Very Helpful and Honest 1/22/2011

Hamid and his crew do a great job on my car any time I go in. There was an issue with my vehicle and they did job free of charge because it was still under warranty. I would recommend them to all my friends. more
