it is obvious that mr. washington who titles himself as president/c.e.o of his pitiful company does not care about the integrity or reputation of his company. by means of brinks technician it has been discovered that since march of 2008 i have not been connected to any outgoing telephone and therefore did not have any security service, but paid my bill of $ 50.00 each month. on april 27 of 2009 mr. washington was informed about the situation by technician stephen riley and it was promised that within 2 days i would be connected by means of installing a device which had to be ordered. now almost 4 weeks later i still have not received the promised service, but are being billed. i will forward this information to the authorities as well as to our local achannel 19 tv station for consumer fraud, i also keep my option open filing a law suit for $ 600.00 i paid to brinks for non existing service.
