If you can avoid this Company, do so or you'll pay in the end. That's what happened to me. I have read some other reviews to find it is a pattern with this company. Pity I didn't check on them BEFORE I signed the lease. Long story short, we begged for them to do a walk through with us but were told it wasn't going to happen and even further we neded to bring the keys in early (Friday) or we would be charged a prorated rent due to the weekend. I was charged $140.00 for wall washing. I washed the walls, spackled the holes, painted and rewashed them... I was also charged for 2 late fees that were already paid and over 6 months old. They will shake your hand nice and friendly until that lease expires.
