If you need to hire a serious company, this is the one to go. It was a torture to get all those estimates, listen all different people, but the inspector who was very experienced gave us the best option. \r \r Since I let it go, it cost me quite a bit, but they did tons of work. Pocked all the wood, all the walls, changed the patio, fixed everything. Very efficient, energetic and nice guys. Well worth it. \r \r Will call inspector next year this time. \r \r For some basic spray you can try other guys, but again for serious work, this is the company to do. more

Green Company 4/30/2011

Prime termite is a green company that uses organic chemicals for their treatment. I was well pleased when they did the temite treatment on my house, no hassel at all. They did a very detailed inspection and treatment. They even go to the crawlspace and attic during inspection to really determine what type of treatment is needed. Other company didn't bother to inspect those spaces and just told me that the only solution is fumigation, of course big amount of money. \r I would recommend this company...thanks more

Pleased with Professional Service 1/22/2011

Prime Termite and hands-on owner, Armen, is terrific! Professional, explains things logically, thorough with detailed emailings and works to earn your trust. As a health care provider, I know very the well the fear and angst patients have with uncertain problems. Same with termite pest control. (Who do you trust? Will they rip you off, or ease your concerns and solve of your problems?) Most companies provide you merely with an outlined quote. Prime provided tons of .pdf files on the chemicals used and treatment outline, in addition to the reasonably priced quote. Kudos to him and his crew for taking care of the job. (I just hope it works as I've placed my trust in him and his company. Armen assued me that it would be. And, if not, he'd come back...free.) Can't beat that! more

Solved the problem in our apartmant 10/9/2010

We had lots of termites in our 28-unit apartment comples. We called one company which said that we have to fumigate. Since we didn't want to do it, we called Prime Termite. They finished the work today late and did a great job without tenting. I recommend this company, they treated me like a member of family. more

I NEVER seen them sray has received notices of spraying I called to complain , they gave me the run around and were more concerned with keeping me as a customer than crediting me or investigating the problem. more
