I have nothing but rave reviews for Pride Flooring. They were just a wonderful company to deal with. I used them two different times. They did two different jobs for me. Months ago, I was thinking of replacing my carpet, but they told me I wouldn't need to replace it and that I should just hire them to clean it. Though they don't advertise their cleaning services, they did a beautiful job. I was very happy at the quality of their cleaning. Most recently, I decided that really did need to replace the carpets and put in hard wood floors. They were very thorough in assisting me with my selection. They suggested what floors would work in which room depending on my needs for each of those rooms. In the end I was thrilled with the selection! The installation of the hardwood floors took 4-5 days. The installers didn't even make it seem like they were working. They were pleasant and joking. They just had fun with it, which was really nice to see. The floors came out looking excellent. They cleaned everything and made it all presentable when they were done. From beginning to end, the people I dealt with were so professional. Sometimes, you deal with companies who are difficult or don't show up when they say, but it was a pleasure to work with this family-owned company. Pride Flooring really takes pride in their work and presentation. The experience was a breath of fresh air. more

We met with the family that runs Pride Flooring several years ago when we were looking for carpeting for our home. We've been extremely happy with this family-run business. We ended up at their store, where they have a wide selection of flooring to choose from. We were able to find everything we could possibly want there. Since meeting them, we have used them several times over the years to replace carpeting in our home. The installers that do the work are A+! We can't say enough about them. They arrive when they say they will. They work hard. They don't take breaks until the job is complete, and in the end, they do a beautiful job. Pride Flooring offers excellent service and products. They're a great family to work with. We really like them. We will absolutely use them again the future. We have recommended them to others, and we will definitely continue to do so. more

I went through three or four different companies when I wanted to have laminated floors installed. Pride Flooring seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the product and process, so I went with them in the end. The crew that was sent out here worked really well as a unit. more

Pride Flooring put in carpeting and flooring. Right after we had it put in we made a two month trip up to Georgia, so I haven't had a lot of time with the flooring. There was a lot of odor with the carpet that I'm hoping is gone now that it's been there for a while. It's a pretty carpet. The flooring is easy to scuff, but it's also easy to get the scuff marks off. So I'm pleased. We had no problems during the installation at all. I still have boxes of things that I haven't un-boxed yet because we boxed everything up and put it in the garage during the installation. But as far as what they did, I'm very pleased. They were very pleasant to work with. more

Our installation of bedroom carpeting was absolutely top-notch. From shopping at the store to the installation it was a wonderful experience in every way. Not only am I thrilled with the carpet, but the installers were total perfectionists who did an amazing job and only completed the job when they were 100% happy with their work. An honest and sometimes rare experience. We are now planning to use Pride to install tile throughout a large home we have in the Keys. I cannot recommend them too highly. Everything about Pride Flooring is just excellent. I was the first in my family to use them, and since then, my mother has used them for her house, and my brother has used them for commercial properties that he owns. Obviously, they've done fantastic work because we won't go to anyone else. Everybody who works at Pride Flooring and all of their contractors are extremely professional. The crew keeps the work area clean. They arrive on time. The estimates they give me are exactly to the penny. One time the final price was a little over the estimate, and Marc gave me a refund for it, which you don't see at all nowadays. I recommend Pride Flooring highly. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Pride flooring. Every time I initially went in to look at samples, everyone I encountered was beyond helpful, especially Joe. I truly appreciated how important it was for them to do quality work (vs just putting an order in, installing, and calling it a day). While installing, the foreman realized there was an issue with the floor being even and stopped installation to call me and have me come and look at the floor to see if I was going to be happy with the product or if we needed to find a different solution. Their conscientious work was so refreshing. The customer service, product, and installation could not have been to a higher level. I am so happy with Pride and highly recommend them to anyone. more

Pride Flooring worked hard to get me a good price and product when I wanted to put carpet in my home. Sometimes, the installers left the door wide open for a long time and let some AC out, which is why I can't give a 5 for professionalism. Other than that little error it was a good experience.
