Wanting to try out the new pizza place in town, my family ordered from Presto's on Thanksgiving Eve, typically one of the busiest pizzeria days of the year. We were understanding when they said our order would take 45 minutes to deliver, but less than pleased when the actual delivery time was close to an hour and ten minutes. And we live right down the street.
Making matters worse was the delivery man not knowing the price of our order and subsequently asking to use our phone to call his manager. Then, when we paid him, he did not have any money on him, so he wasn't able to give us change. He returned nearly 25 minutes later with our change as well as a substitute dish (there was a mix-up with the antipasto). By this point, I had called the manager, who, after making excuses, agreed to give us a $20 discount.
The menu is interesting and the pizza is passable, but the customer service, even for a new outfit, is inexcusable.
