Prestige Toyota of Ramsey

I recently leased a new Sienna AWD Limited Edition and I had a very positive experience with all of the employees I encountered. Chris D'onofrio was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and courteous. There was an issue that arose when trying to lease the vehicle I had wanted and Chris and his sales manager, Michael Mutter, were wonderful. They really did all they could to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I really feel Michael went that extra mile so it would all work out. Once we made the deal and I came in to pick up my car, Chris was with another customer so Ben Zimmer was kind enough to work with me to get all the paperwork done. Again, he was awesome and made the whole process very easy and pain-free. Eric Bielicka was the product specialist who reviewed the features of the car with me. He was extremely thorough and also told me not to hesitate to call him if I had any future questions. I don't have the name of the finance person who helped us, but he was also terrific. Each one of these individuals was a pleasure to work with and you should be very proud to have them representing Prestige Toyota. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige Toyota and each one of those individuals to my family and friends. I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle and I'm so thrilled to have had such a positive experience at Prestige. It was by far the best car buying/leasing experience I've had and I will look forward to a long future as a Prestige customer. more

DO NOT GO AND EVEN CONSIDER BUYING YOUR NEXT VEHICLE FROM THIS STINKING PLACE ! more

The dealer promised us a car with everything we said we wanted by the end of the month if we put down a $500 deposit. At the end of the month the car had NOT arrived and they had no idea when or IF it would arrive. Dealer said they had another car with all the features we had ordered but in a different color. We agreed to take it and gave them our Clunker. Two key features were missing and they said Toyota Service would install what we had requested for the price we had previously agreed upon. Now that we have the wrong new car and our clunker is gone they tell us the features we want cannot be added on for that price once the car leaves the factory! They gave us an inferior replacement part for one item and tell us the price for the other item is TWICE as much as we had been told. Oh and if we want to return the car to them then we have to pay them the $4500 that was supposed to come from the Clunkers program and we cannot get our Clunker back. Do NOT buy from this dealer!
