I had a situation where I had a new sink put in and I needed to have new faucet installed in a hurry. Prestige Plumbing came out in about 3 hours and they quickly got everything in working order. I really appreciate that they came out immediately. more

They were right on time, they did a neat job, and they were polite. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. They told us the price ahead of time, and that was the price they charged us at the end. It was a very nice experience. more

Prestige Plumbing's name was on water heater, so when it started leaking we called them. I am more than capable of repairing a water heater, as I have replaced them in the past, but time and effort were a factors. From our first phone call, they were cordial, professional, and timely. I talked to them on Thursday afternoon and they said they would come out the next day. I asked them if there was any chance to come out the same day, and they told me they would check and call me back. They called me back in 5 minutes and explained that they could not make it out that day, but they would make us the first stop Friday morning. I do not need to be told exactly what I want to hear, but I expect that they will at least check and follow up, and they were very prompt. They showed up about 8:45 in the morning and they were done by 9:30. They were professional and they knew what they were doing from the get go. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and I would recommend them again. more

Plumbing with a pleasant outcome. 9/23/2010

Prestige Plumbing came when they said they would and were very clean and efficient. They did the job they were supposed to do, and the price was reasonable. They were very helpful. When they were done I sent them to my daughter's house, and they were able to help her with her problem as well. They were very professional. Prestige Plumbing basically broke down and then repaired the faucet in the kitchen, and replaced the faucet in the laundry room. The first time I used them they replaced the sump pump in the basement with a dual sump pump and backup battery. They did exactly what I would want a plumber to do for what I thought was a reasonable price. They were very efficient and very friendly. I would recommend them to anybody. more

Satisfied customer: likes the way they keep the water flowing (or not). 8/18/2010

I have used Prestige Plumbing going on 5 years now. I used them in a previous house as well. They have never had to come back to fix a problem they fixed before. They are always courteous. They show up on time or if they can't, they will call ahead to let me know. I don't think I have ever had a sub par experience with them. Prestige Plumbing has done a gamut of jobs for me. They have worked on ejector pumps, toilets, and faucets. I prefer to keep my business local. I am glad that Prestige Plumbing is working out of North Aurora so that I can continue to use them. more

Extremely professional, complete and satisfying 8/16/2010

I actually randomly found Prestige Plumbing online, and when I found them, I gave them a call. They were completely helpful. I have an inline water heater with constant flow. They checked and did a repair to get it back running again. A week later, there was another problem so they came right out and replaced an old unit. They didn't charge me for the come back out the second time. The owner Tim's response was quick, his job was complete, and his follow up was very good. I would recommend Prestige Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs. more

Prompt, professional, and proficient. 7/23/2010

These guys rock. I cannot say enough about Tim and Mike at Prestige Plumbing. No matter what my problem is, they can fix it. I had hired another plumber and he charged me 50 bucks and could not even fix my problem. Prestige Plumbing may not be the least expensive, but I have learned my lesson. They get the job done to my complete satisfaction. When I moved into this house 8 years ago, Prestige Plumbing were the ones who installed the water heater and all of the plumbing, and they left their sticker on the water heater, so I used them for maintenance and plumbing jobs. I tried to use someone cheaper once and I lived to regret it. I recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone for any plumbing job. They are always very prompt and they try to fit me in as quickly as possible. And they try to schedule their visits to be as convenient for me. They are both very professional. I had a sediment problem with my water heater, and when it was determined that I needed to replace it, they already had my make and model of water heater in their truck. They had anticipated that I needed it because they knew I had a sediment problem. I cannot say enough about them. more

I have used Prestige Plumbing for a number of jobs, from faucets to shower heads to hot water heaters, and they have always been excellent. We have used them for a number of years without ever having a problem. They do arrive within the scheduled time that they give. They also give a 30 minute phone call when they are on their way. If you can't take a half day from work, and work near your house, this is very convenient. J. Dover more

I am a repeat customer with Prestige Plumbing. They have been to my house four times. I have recommended them to family members, and my in-laws have used them twice. They replaced my water heater, two of my pumps, and have done repairs on bathroom fixtures. I am extremely pleased with their prompt response and their service. They are very professional and neat. Prestige Plumbing gives an accurate estimate and then stands by it. I would highly recommend them. I have recommended them to people at work as well as family, and I have never heard anything bad from anyone about their service. more

Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. 6/22/2010

I have hired several plumbers, and I am familiar with what to typically expect out of them. Prestige Plumbing exceeded all my expectations. They are very responsive. They return my calls immediately, every time. The plumbers at Prestige Plumbing are very professional and courteous, and they are not too informal. They don't presume an intimacy in the relationship which later translates into an excuse to slack off. Anytime I have contact with Prestige Plumbing, either on the phone or in person, they are consistent. The quality exceeded my expectations. They cleaned up well after themselves, which doesn't often happen with plumbers. These guys are hard working, professional plumbers that give a fair price. The first time I hired them was to redo a botched tub instillation. I have a 133 year old house. Prestige Plumbing managed to repair the problem and install a contemporary fitting in a difficult space. It is a small bathroom with funny angles. I didn't have to shop around to find a bathtub, they did it for me. They found the right tub that compliments the period of the house while still being contemporary. They did such a good job the first time that I was willing to hire them for a second job. It was a smaller job where they installed a powder-room vanity for me. I had given up on finding professionalism in the plumbing industry, but these guys are better than any I have hired anywhere else. more
