This company is awful. Rick went to the house we were purchasing and finished his inspection in 20 minutes. I kept asking him about the conditions of the home. He said it was ok, that he did not find anything but a couple rat droppings. I asked him again if it was not an infestation and he said now. I asked about other issues and he said that the house was in great condition.
