Premier Property Management has been our management company for over 6 years. The manage 12 units for us over in Wichita. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and they always have put my interest at the top of their priority list. Our vacancies when they occur are filled promptly and with good quality residents. We have enjoyed our business relationship with Premier over the years and plan on many more to come. more

My experience with Premier Property Management was one of the easiest things I have done. All the rentals they had were in better shape and cleaner than all the others I looked at in Wichita. The staff was friendly, took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me in full detail. It was awesome! more

I have lived in my home on Cornelison Street, managed by Premier Property Management, since July 2006. The management has always taken care of my repairs right away when I call. It’s a very quiet area and is kept very clean and yard is always maintained. I hope not to ever have to move but should I need to I would definitely try to rent again from Premier Property Management more

The property itself has been perfect for our needs. The house was clean from the outset. All the major equipment (boiler, oven, fridge/freezer, etc) has served us well throughout the duration of the tenancy. The bath/shower room was as good as could be expected from a small property, and again was always reliable. We never quite figured out how to put the boiler on 'timer' function, but I feel this was probably more our fault than the appliances! more

I have lived in a PPM home for 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences with the maintenance and office staff. I have had very few issues, but when I told the office about them they were taken care of very quickly. They are always willing to help me with a smile and go the extra step to handle my concerns. I don't plan on moving any time soon!! Thank you PPM staff! Keep up the good work more
