Editorial review from Citysearch 12/13/2013

I was a renter through Premier Properties for over 8 yrs and have to say that it was a great experience! They are very professional and the staff are all very friendly. When I had an issue, they were always very prompt in taking care of it, and always had the time and patience to answer my questions and concerns.\r I would definately recommend Premier Property if you are considering renting or even buying a home. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 7/2/2013

I was a tenant with Premier and was very pleased with them. When we moved in there were several issues at our house one of which being mold. This was at no fault to anyone since it was up in the attic which is not normally part of a move out inspection from a previous tenant. The mold was due to a loose exhaust vent from a bathroom fan which caused venting in to the attic creating moisture. They responded right away to remedy the issue and notified the owner of the house. There were other minor repairs that needed to be done and those were taken care of in a timely manner as well. Before our lease was up we had a family members house become available. Linda was very willing to work with us to find another tenant to move in to the house right away. There was a smooth transition and no lag in rent income for the owner. We left the house free of needing repairs and clean. We were not penalized for breaking the lease since there was no loss to the owner or Premier. I would recommend them for both owners and tenants. more

Absolutely horrible service! Upon move 3/26/2012

Absolutely horrible service! Upon move out they charged us DOUBLE the deposit for things that weren't even broken to begin with. They do not respond to the ONLINE maintenance requests, and they discriminate against single parents! Premier Property is NOT accredited through the Better Business Bureau, so don't believe the A+ rating they have there. The staff is full of liars. They tried to say that a small wiener sized dog left piles of poop the size of a Labrador Retriever, which is NOT possible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! more

PPM is the worst property management 2/5/2012

PPM is the worst property management company I have ever rented from!! They never respond to maintenance request! The staff members are a bunch of a$$holes! Especially the old guy! They are a bunch of liars, cheaters, thieves and manipulators! I will do my best to let everyone know to NOT rent from PPM! I pay just shy of $1300/months for a what I now know is a POS townhouse cause they don't respond to there maintenance request that was listed at $1195/month but they failed to tell us or make us sign anything stating that there was added Expenses to the rent till after we lived there for 3 months and then tacked on $84/month on to the rent and made us pay for the 3 months we didn't pay that $84 dollars cause we had no clue. I hope PPM reads this and I hope to god they want to talk with me :-) I'm glad our lease is up in just a matter of weeks!! :-) we are done with PPM and there Rude staff members!! more

Premier is renowned for being the worst 11/20/2011

Premier is renowned for being the worst property management in town. It is no secret. They know it and do not care. They are liars, cheats and extremely underhanded at what they do. They will never follow-through on any maintenance issues and requests, so forget about putting yourself through the hassle. It is not worth the grueling frustration you will undoubtedly encounter. I know you will try to communicate with Premier via email, phone, regular mail, and their website and believe you will eventually reach someone to form a solution -- but, alas! -- no one from Premier will contact you. It is not you, it is Premier. It is how they operate. The employees at Premier are highly unqualified for the positions they hold. You will encounter a multitude of administrative errors on their behalf and find yourself wasting precious time trying to rectify them. I have spoken to two former contractors and three former renters of Premier and not one of them had anything positive to say about the owner of Premier or their business dealings with her. More specifically, the owner has a horrible reputation for being decidedly unethical and is not above involving the company in dastardly tactics that swindles the customer or business associate and profits the company's bank account. If you are thinking of signing a contract or lease agreement with Premier, think twice. As stated earlier, it is sincerely not worth the hassle that you will undeniably encounter. For those of you who currently hold a contract with Premier, my condolences. In moving forward, it would be in your best interest to fulfill your contract or lease agreement with Premier and end it immediately. The longer you stay associated with Premier, the greater the chance of encountering problems -- and they are guaranteed! I would highly recommend that you request and conduct a walk through with a representative from Premier upon move out. Walk throughs are not part of their contract and they are banking -- literally banking, please heed this warning! -- that you will not ask for one. This is how they make their money off of their leaseholders. They will lie about yard maintenance, repairs, cleaning, etc., and charge you above and beyond your security deposit and will have no shame in doing so. However, per my readings from other online posts, do not be surprised if you miss a full day of work due to Premier's no show. They are notorious for not showing up for appointed walk throughs leaving occupants exasperated. This is just the beginning of my many, many complaints against Premier; I am just glad my experience with them has finally come to an end. Trust me; you will, too. You will be elated that you ripped up your contract and walked away. more

WORST IN THE WORLD - !!!!!!!!!!! 11/9/2011

These folks bring new meaning to the phrase ""bandaid approach."" Except bandaid doesn't even apply. Premiere has screwed everything up from the very beginning. They even demanded rent above and beyond the lease amount (apparently too stupid to check their own files). Getting their attention for repairs, whether standard or more urgent (like water leaks) is nearly impossible. They do not return communications, even through their own web-based maintenance system. It is not my duty to notify them 1,000 times - they will attempt to collect for damage caused by items made known to them and I may have to point out their problems in legal fashion. If you rent from this poor excuse of a management firm, be prepared to see nothing of your deposit back. Many items on their demand list for moveout were filthy at movein. I have heard they make a habit of expecting tenants to do all the work, then keep the deposit claiming the property is dirty and damaged and do little if nothing before turning over. These people exist only to line their pockets and do not care one bit about their customers or anything else but. Best advice.......STEER CLEAR and have NOTHING to do with ""Premiere!"" more

THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!!! 10/21/2011

If it was possible for me to leave less than one star I would. We rented from Premier for 5 years and were never late on our rent once. The house was run down, had mold and bad plumbing and was rented to a drug dealer before us. We were treated like we were the drug dealers. We left the house in better shape than when we moved in and they are trying to slam us with several hundred dollars in damages that don't exist. They don't care about you, they don't know you they just want their money. They are intrusive, inconsistant and pushy. They were showing the house to other people a week before we were to vacate. Don't believe the five star reviews they are obviously written by Premier to counteract all the bad reviews they get. Take my warning, think twice about renting from them. Find a landlord or management agency that won't to busy counting their money to pay attention to you or their properties. more

Terrible! 8/22/2011

My husband and I have been renting from premier for a little over a year, and this company has been the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. The house that we chose to rent had been vacant for awhile before we moved in. The garage door was broken, the front door needed to be fixed, the weeds in the backyard were over 4 feet high, etc. We agreed to rent the home contingent on Premier fixing some of the major issues. Upon move in, only one or two of the items specified had actually been fixed. They said they would take care of it ?as soon as possible.? This turned into almost a month just to get the house to a livable/presentable level. During this month, I felt like my husband and I had to harass them to get things done. I would write emails through their website without response, I would call and my calls would not be returned ? just so that we could get them to do the things they agreed to take care of before we moved in. During our lease, with any maintenance issue, my husband or I have to physically go to the office and request to see a manager. My biggest complaint is now that we are moving out. When I went in to deliver our 30-day notice, I had to sign a form agreeing to allow premier to show the property to future tenants. The form said that I would be given 2 days notice with the option to move the appointment if necessary. I made every effort to be flexible and for the first two weeks agreed to every showing they wanted (about 5 or so). I told two different people at the office that we would be out of the country for 5 days and that I did not want the house shown during that time as our belongings were still in the home. I was told this was fine. However, when I returned I had 3 voicemails from premier requesting to show the home, and that if I didn?t return their calls, they would just show it anyway. And they did. I called premier and left a message for the manager, however my call was not returned. I called again and the receptionist would not transfer my call. She said that there was nothing that they could do about it now and that they were only required to give me notice - that I didn?t have to agree. I told her that the law says I can request different appointment times if I have a justified reason and that I clearly had requested different times from these 5 days. She said that the agents that told me the house wouldn?t be shown those days didn?t know what they were doing. I asked what they would do to make sure this didn?t happen to other tenants and was told that she was sorry if I was upset, but there was no apology, no offer to clarify the policy with employees. Luckily, nothing was stolen from our home. I wouldn?t be so upset if they would have admitted their mistake, please don?t ignore the red flags like we did! more

Honest, Straight Forward, with Beautiful Homes 10/7/2008

Premier is great. I've rented two different homes from them over the last four years. Pros: Good Customer Service, Straight Forward and Honest People Cons: Don't know of any more

Great House / Great Service / Best in town! 5/20/2008

We live in one of their homes and they really do work hard for us. Yes, they are VERY black and white regarding rules BUT that protects us from ""scum-lords"" and protects our owner from any wrong doing. Pros: Quality, Service, Locations, Friend-like, Open-ness, avalibilty Cons: ...I have not had any... N/A more

Horible Customer Service! - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 9/11/2007

I heard a radio announcement and called Premier Property Mgmt. The radio announcement sounded too good to be true - I guess I should have known! I called and left three messages and on the 4th time, I got through to a woman. I told them what I wanted and it was the third week of the month. I got off work at 2:30PM and could be available for showing at 3:15PM. Every day on my way over, the woman would call me back and say that she had an ""emergency"" and had to reschedule. When I told her that time was running out for me and I needed to find a place, she got really rude when I asked her if there was someone else in her office to help me! - Well she rescheduled me and I wound up finding a nicer person to deal with and a better place to live! Pros: STATE THEY HAVE PROPERTIES Cons: RUDE!!!!!!!! MOST OF THE PROPERTIES ARE RUN DOWN! more

Customer service good for me 7/30/2007

I've never had any problems with them. They were willing to show properties up to about 6pm, and when that didn't fit my schedule told me I could also view them on Saturdays (which I opted for). They seem much more professional than other companies being that they actually show properties instead of handing you the key and leaving you on your own with no one to answer your questions. Now that I've rented from them, they've still been great to work with. more

Horrible Customer Service 1/31/2007

When calling, they are very rude, they act as if they are put out by your call and they are just not very helpful. They will not show homes after 5pm...(Do they not think about the people who work and can not make it during the day) more
