I walked in to look at buying a car I could pay with cash. The lady at front desk was very friendly. I don't remember her name. She introduce me to Mr. John Love. He was nice, friendly, charming, confident, witty, and all that good stuff. I felt very comfortable and pushed into buying anything. I was very happy with the results- a new car. I have already referred many people to Mr.John Love. more

Ray is a great guy! I'm sure you have known for a long time, as we your customers know it too. Ray has earned the confidence of all your customers. His efficiency is unsurpassed. He is ONE I can recommend with complete confidence. Wish I could say the same for your sales department. Perhaps, this is an area(sales) your organization could focus on. In my opinion, your Service Department is top-notch! more

I brought my new Optima in for it's first oil change. I was greeted at my car and gone in 5 minutes. He even offered me a ride to wherever I needed to go.I received a call 1 hour later stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. more

Several times in the past I have not been very satisfied with the service dept. This time though I give it high marks. Jason knew who I was when I arrived. It took just the amount of time he said it would require. He also had promised to find me a discount coupon for the oil/filter change part of my service. He did that too!! Kudos!! more
