We brought the Flex for routine service and had one specific concern (Driver's door did not "match" others in closing -- but seemed to be hinged differently.) Our initial tech -- Jason -- was cordial but dubious, serviced the car and noted that no issue was found with the door. When I returned to pick up the car, the door was still un adjusted. When I asked to speak with Jason, he was cordial and at one point exclaimed (while I was showing him the inconsistency), "Wow -- two of us looked it over and we didn't see that before!" and I was insistent that the door be attended. I'm not sure why, but Jason did not handle the repair himself. My manner may have put him off, and if that were the case -- I want to applaud him for *not* becoming confrontational. He referred the matter to Frank the Service Manager. Frank saw the issue right away and despite wearing shirt and tie, adjusted the "strike plate" right then and there and the door now closes effortlessly. By my lights, Jason and Frank should be commended.
