Frank is a "real mensch." 6/13/2015

We brought the Flex for routine service and had one specific concern (Driver's door did not "match" others in closing -- but seemed to be hinged differently.) Our initial tech -- Jason -- was cordial but dubious, serviced the car and noted that no issue was found with the door. When I returned to pick up the car, the door was still un adjusted. When I asked to speak with Jason, he was cordial and at one point exclaimed (while I was showing him the inconsistency), "Wow -- two of us looked it over and we didn't see that before!" and I was insistent that the door be attended. I'm not sure why, but Jason did not handle the repair himself. My manner may have put him off, and if that were the case -- I want to applaud him for *not* becoming confrontational. He referred the matter to Frank the Service Manager. Frank saw the issue right away and despite wearing shirt and tie, adjusted the "strike plate" right then and there and the door now closes effortlessly. By my lights, Jason and Frank should be commended. more

Great Customer Service!!! 6/13/2015

My wife and I were walking past the dealership while our car was being serviced down the street. We had no intentions of buying/leasing a new vehicle when we were approached by a salesman, Enrique Jones. He offered to help us to get into a new car. My wife and I laughed at him because we thought that in our situation, a new car would be impossible for us. Mr. Jones was pleasantly persistent and we finally agreed to come inside and allow him a chance to prove his claim of being able to "make miracles happen". Now that we have our new car we are so happy that we listened to him and worked with him. He was always professional and kind to us both as well as honest. He stayed in constant communication with us and worked to get the best deal possible for us. We couldn't be happier with our new Ford Fusion and because of Mr. Jones, we look forward to dealing with Ford in the future. more

Great mechanic, I can't say that about the car 6/9/2015

The reason I'm choosing neutral on the car, not the service. The gentleman who worked on my car could not have been lovelier. The representative at the desk was very nice also, but I feel the mechanic went the extra mile. He walked me through all the work he did, he explained why it took so long, my car was there a month. He even washed it for me! That man is a gem. What could have been a very frustrating experience was very easy. Now for the car. Why would a 2013 car with 22,000 miles on it need to have its transmission and engine rebuilt. This is in addition to numerous recalls. After losing my Honda to Hurricane Sandy, I wanted to buy an American car. This is a leased car that I will not buy. When I said this to the mechanic, he said not to lose faith in Ford. He highly recommended other models to me and I appreciated his honesty. more
