This is the place to go for all your orthotic and prosthetic needs. As a new below-the-knee (BTK) amputee, I began the process of being fitted for and wearing a prosthesis here. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and competent when it comes to completing all the pre and post fitting procedures necessary to regaining mobility. Besides orthotic and prosthetic devices themselves, Preferred also offers a wide array of accessories including stockings, pads, etc. You feel like they're right beside you evey step of the way (no pun intended). I felt like I could trust them at every level and the entire staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. By the time you're up and walking again, you feel like a true member of the Preferred family.
