To whom it may concern. I dealt with several landscapers in San Antonio and Preferred Landscaping was the only company that responded promptly. Within 1 day of my call I had a certified landscape architect at my house assessing my needs. They do it all; from planning and design to prep and installation. They were neat, dependable, reasonable and very honest. You get all the expertise and resources of a big firm and the personal attention and customer service of small firm. John called me and asked be to write down my experiences with Preferred Tree Care on the web. Back in January of 07 after the ice storm my yard looked like a disaster area because of all of the broken tree limbs. The guys from Preferred Tree Care did an amazing clean up for me. they properly cut and sealed the wounds on my trees; cut up firewood and stacked it; cleaned up the limbs; and raked the yard. Your crew has been at the house for 1.5 days now so I thought I’d take a moment to give you some mid-project feedback. Quite simply, I really like what is coming together out here. Your crew works hard and clearly has leadership on the ground here ­ always nice to see. They are courteous to me, which I appreciate very much, are conscientious, and they all seem to know their business. I really appreciate them asking me for my “druthers” here and there as they proceed. I’m looking forward to the finished product very much ­ I already know where the BBQ is going and I’ve other plans spinning in my mind as well.
