Great Service 4/10/2013

Dean and his team replaced the timing belt and changed my oil. Price was what I was expecting and they always call to keep me updated on the status. My whole family has their cars serviced here. Quick, reliable, and honest. more

Fair Prices Good Service 2/26/2013

After getting quotes from 2 large tire retailers , I went to Preferred. Lisa beat their prices by a good amount. Service has been reliable, they advise about needed service, but they don't try to upsell every time. more

Great mechanic 2/18/2013

Dean is a great guy and runs a good staff who are honest and looking out for your best needs. My dad fixes cars (but not always close enough to take care of mine) so I always double check the info I receive from Preferred and my dad always confirms that the costs & info I have received are correct and inline. more

After living in the area for over 30 years, we finally found an auto repair shop that we feel confident in. We had major work done on my car and Dean was great. He explained everything so that we understood what was being done and why. I never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. My car is running like a new car and we now have a shop we can trust. It is a win win all around. more

I brought my vehicle there because it wouldn't start. It was the fuel pump that needed to be replaced. Because my car is old, I contemplated the fix, but Dean outlined my different options, and I decided to have the work done. Since then the car has been running very well. more
