I Placed an order with Prairie Arms for muzzleloader parts at the end of August and was charged immediately. Web store indicated all items were ""in stock"" with listed quantities. Turns out this is not their inventory, but their suppliers'.
After numerous emails/calls to find out the status of my order that had been charged to my card the day after I submitted, I finally received a partial shipment a month later - after muzzleloader season had started. Their location is only two days away via UPS, yet it took a month to deliver ""in stock"" product. I still have yet to receive, or have a refund processed, for the shorted product.
If this is what customer service is, then I want nothing to do with it and neither should anyone else. Steer clear of Prairie Arms unless this is how you want to be treated. They put the ""cuss"" in customer (dis)service.
