True Pros - Smooth Sailing 8/17/2010

I just wanted to provide some feedback on the job that we had done on Tuesday, replacing our 12 windows on the main floor with Power Windows. It was hands down the smoothest, most stress free home improvement I've ever had done! The guys were fantastic. Mike was the crew leader and there were 4 guys total. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived! The windows look great and we've already noticed a change in the temperature of the house (it used to be windy and freezing with our old windows). If/when we ever need more windows or siding done, we will definitely call and request the team we had this time! Thanks to everyone at Power Windows! more

What was I waiting for 5/27/2009

This company is unbelievable to deal with. First they wouldn't see me without my husband. Like I am too much of an idiot to make a purchase without a man. Then I finally got them to set an appointment at a time that we could both be at home. The whole sales pitch was aimed at my husband and not me. And I do mean pitch. Their rep was in my house for almost 3 hours. His price went from $1200 a window to $800 and even lower after that by phone when we didn't buy. What was I waiting for? How about a good window at a fair price with no pressure from a salesman at my kitchen table. Ellen more
