From our perspective, they are responsive usually within an hour of calling. They always make suggestions and work with us on schedules and the needs of the building.
From the perspective of the unit owner, they are always surprised at how clean the guys are. They put down tarps and are respectful of the owner's home. They often say it's like they haven't even been there once the worker's have left.
Power Plumbing is amazing. Pretty much we'll call them for an initial problem and Rae will end up coordinating with the unit owner concerning scheduling and billing. All the feedback I get from our unit owners is extremely wonderful. This is a great company to work with.
