I don't ordinarily order grilled cheese sandwiches... especially when its not really on the menu. you probably don't either. but have yourself a 4 year old lunch, get a strawberry milkshake... and enjoy. The Potbelly vegetarian melt usually has wretched mushrooms and other vegetables. ask for the vegetarian with no vegetables (or keep tomatoes... thats a nice addition) and if you're particularly daring... ask them to cut off the crust. hehehe This sandwich is a melt of many different cheeses, you'll enjoy it immensely. Don't worry when you get there and the line is out the door. it moves quickly and is well worth it.
