I have been a customer at Postal Connections on Cape Horn Rd in Red Lion for 18 months. I frequent the store at least once a week. Shortly after I began bringing them my business, the owner surprised me by referring to me by my first name. He is very friendly and always accommodating, even though I occasionally have some unusual requests.
I travel between D.C., Philly, and Baltimore, for a living, but I always wait to do any sort of mailing, shipping, printing, or faxing until I get home so that I can give him my business. I have never seen him without a smile. (I am embarrassed that although he knows my name, I do not know his)
Services at PC that I enjoy:
-Shipping status updates sent to your e-mail, including ship time and receive time.
-Ability to print off of a USB memory stick.
-Frequent shipping reward. Mail six packages, get one free. (equal or lesser) This in itself has save me a lot of money!
-Frequently used shipping addresses stored for quick access and faster service.
-Friendly, personal, prompt service.
Lastly, I will never forget when I shipped a package to an E-bay buyer and it was returned to the store instead of my home. Rather than wait for me to return, the owner looked up my phone number and personally called me.
