This is a small business. However, you've got a guy running it who takes pride in coal. His coal does not have ""fines"" in it, so, you'll use less and it will not hurt your equipment, and will not ""snap-crackle-pop"". His coal is ""clean"", it is not transported in trucks that carry sand and salt. Take my advise on that one, I bought coal elsewhere and the salt content is VISIBLE and with the fines, it ruined my equipment. I did not appreciate this guy enough, until I went somewhere else. He also serviced my machine, and replaced the parts damaged from ""bad coal"" that I purchased elsewhere.
