We have lived here for almost a year and despite our perfect rental credit and tenent status we have never been more unhappy with a rental community or management.
Walls are paper thin and if your neighbors are loud and discourteous they do nothing about it. They are only concerned with getting new leases and not retaining good tenents. Electrical wiring is shoddy and dangerous, and the gas company man told us the fireplace wiring was faulty to the point of being a fire hazard- but nothing has been done. The work crews are unprofessional and will force their way into your home on the premise that they are allowed to as per your lease agreement with prior notice. Prior notice to them is a flyer that may or may not stick to your door in the Vegas winds, but as long as some of your neighbors got them they WILL come into your home unannounced. Call corporate to complain and you will get even ruder treatment. The grounds are lit poorly- we don't even have a porch light- and the end result is you will never feel safe coming home at night. There is a gym that is supposed to remain open, but the management office workers often use it at night and lock the doors despite operating hours so they can have their own ""private session"". If you are paying for luxury apartments save your money and go elsewhere- this place is a sham.
