Portraits By La Donna Inc

There needs to be a way to order online. My son had pictures today in Lovington, NM and didn't remind us. I don't like that we only found out a day or two in advance. more

I will never order school pictures from this place again. Our Elementary and whole Tularosa school system uses Portaits by La Donna Inc for class and portrait pictures. I had a water mark on my child's picture which printed on each print. Nothing was corrected or photo-shopped. I am so disappointed that I am now trying to convince the school to not use these people. The photo shoot with the children was horrible at best and as far as I know most of the children were forced into positions that were unnatural and rushed. I have called and emailed without result. DONE with this place! more

We put a large order in for an organization. the photo shoot went ok I guess, but when we received the photos, the soft lighting that we requested was not evident in the pictures. I also was shocked that nothing was retouched. Lastly, our order was incomplete, and I still cannot get a call back from anyone to get it corrected. I have called and emailed.... to no avail. I will never use them again. more

Those of you complaining about the level of training of photographers, should try hiring a few to work a hectic schedule with LONG hours, low pay.....and then get them to work with that!! more

My kids school pictures have been taken by La Donna for the last 3-4 years. I have been disappointed for the last 3-4 years. I feel the kids are rushed thru like cattle, just snap a picture and move them along. I have requested retakes and never received them nor were they taken. THE ONLY REASON I PURCHASE THEM IS TO NOT DISAPPOINT MY KIDS!!!!! If I could give less than a star rating I would. Cons: Horrible results more

These pictures were taken as my sons school pictures. They turned out so bad, that almost every parent in the school declined buying the pictures or got a refund! I hope the school never uses this company again! more

Used during little league season and photos came out terrible. Come to find out that none of the photographers are near being professional, just a bunch of young kids ""trained"" to take a photo. It takes talent to be a photographer, and a ""trained eye"" to find what looks good. By observing the people that work for this company it is definatly QUANITY over QUALITY! My kids photos came out terrible, eyes were closed and the pose the photographer had her do seemed to awakward. I could have done a better job. more

Both of my children in different schools had their pictures taken by La Donna. These are the worst I have ever seen. I will not purchase ever again if they are the photographers which is really to bad because these are supposed to be memories not something you don't want to put out and display. They don't even look like my children. I will keep the pictures from last year out on display in my home and I will send out their sports photographs to family members, they are much much better!!!! They photographer that took them last year at Yucca Elementary and Mountain View in Alamogordo, NM did a professional job. The pictures this year are HORRIBLE! Don't waste your $. I Recommend that you have your school use Portraits by La Donna. Love my photos. Great people that work there. Very happy with how my kids pic came out!! Pros: Two Thumbs up more

They took the school photos of my kids. Came out with glasses glare and kids not even looking at the camera. I requested retake but they didn't retake. The mirror photos are stupid. You'd get better photos if you give the camera to a blind child. Can't find an e-mail address for them anywhere. I will not be buying these school photos, they're terrible.
