I went in with my daughter before Christmas on the recommendation of my cousin. I ordered $400 worth of pictures which included 4 canvases. I ordered 3 of the same front views and 1 side view. One side and front view was for my husband and I and the other 2 front views were suppose to be for my mother and my husband's mother in California. When the order came just in time for Christmas it was wrong. I received three side views at my house and my mother in law received a side view in CA. I called the store immediately and told them the order was wrong. They appologized and said they would correct the order. I was impressed that they were willing to correct the mistake. They sent two front views to my house but none to my mother in law. When I called to ask about it they said they would check.. I talked to one of their randon guys that answered the phone. My mother in law has been waiting patiently but no picture came. I called back and the studio said they gave us two free canvases and they weren't going to give us any more. This is not what they had promised to do. I talked to the manager and she denied I was told that my mother in law would receive the correct picture. They said she would have to mail the wrong picture back from CA to get the correct one. BTW, they throw the picture away after it is mailed back. That is the only way my order would be correct. I was very upset initially when the mistake happened but was impressed that they were willing to correct it and I had planned to use them again. I spent $400 on the first visit. I called corporate and they believed the store manager. Now, does it make sense to loose a customer over $50. I will never use this company again. They not only got my Christmas order wrong but they broke their promise to completely correct it. Bad customer service. Young inexperienced help.With so many options for pictures, do not use this company!
