I was skeptical about hypnosis, but after trying everything else with no luck I figured what the heck. My neck and back were in pain for about 20 months and the doctors couldn't figure it out. I saw acupuncturist, physical therapists, a nerve specialist and more. My chiropractor helped some, but the pain always came back. For about the last 3 months I started getting some numbness in my arm and shoulder. This, whatever it was, was getting worse.
