These guys are liars, and if you don't keep your wits about you they will push you and coerce you into a commitment you will hate. My family dealt with a dealer called Jamil, I'd stay away from that guy, but I've heard bad reports all around. BEWARE!
The dealer pretty much decided on a car we would have, since according to them this was the only car we could get financing for - oh, with a $2000 "special warranty required by CapitalOne". A phone call to CapitalOne reveals there's no such thing - dealer made the whole thing up! Not a misrepresentation - A LIE.
After being told "you will not have to start your payments until July" with this special "deal"; turns out he was talking about a 10-day grace period before you get charged late fees: so payments start June 26th, you can sit on it till July 6th before getting into trouble. Extremely misleading.
My in-laws ended up buying a Ford Focus totally bare of any amenities (except for the bogus 2 thousand dollar extra special imaginary warranty) - not even a latch to open the trunk - for $17,200.00. Any other place would get you a fully loaded economy model with that.
Update: Two weeks after purchase found out the vehicle shakes violently above 50 mph - took it to another dealership and they said the rotors were uneven.
Lying, double-talk, and pressure to sign - Beware!
Pros: nothing redeeming about this dealer...
Cons: made-up extra charges and fictional "extra warranties", dealer impossible to reach after purchase...
