Wonderful Experience 10/23/2009

This was my first time to sell gold and silver... I had no idea what to expect and asked for someone to work with me and treat me right! Well... George was just a great guy and I feel I was able to sell my gold for a reasonable price and he was such a pleasure to work with! If you have gold or silver to sell please go see him! Cedar Park Jewelry is more than impressive! I got a custom ring with the designer look I have been dreaming of for years. They have great customer service and way better prices than any other jewelry store we looked at. They also gave us a great trade in value on my old gold and used my old wedding ring toward the price of my new 20 year anniversary upgraded wedding ring, allowing me to get a much larger and more beautiful ring than the store bought ring I had previously picked out from another store. I appreciate their integrity and honesty so much that I will continue doing business exclusively with Cedar Park Jewelry! Thanks George! Pros: Beautiful custom design! more

Cedar Park Jewelry is more than impressive! I got a custom ring with the designer look I have been dreaming of for years. They have great customer service and way better prices than any other jewelry store we looked at. AMAZING customer service. I needed a gem for a pendent and had completely run out of time. They got on line with me, found what I wanted, and had it shipped in, placed in my peace and ready out the door in less then 24 hours. They were sooo kind and helpful. I really felt like my gift was as important to them as to myself. Thanks everyone!! Pros: kind, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, honest more

Great Job on Custom Pendants 10/5/2009

My sister and I had diamonds from our Mothers' ring. We wanted matching pendants made. We had a rough drawing of what we wanted. We already had 3 jewelers in KY give estimates and then George at CP Jewelry. George definitely gave us the best price and quality. He made the pendants by taking a flat piece of gold and then made cutouts and put diamonds at the corners. The other jewelers could only use gold flat bars to piece together the pendant by welding. There is just No Comparison.. We get compliments all the time. I returned today to have him make another custom piece for me. I would highly recommend Cedar Park Jewelry. They are honest and very easy to deal with. Pros: Terrific quality at a great price more

No appraisal - just callousness 9/24/2009

My visit was unique in that I went in for an appraisal of jewelry that I inherited and instead of an appraisal, the young gentleman just made fun of what I brought in. He indicated that it was only worth the melt-down value of the metal. I brought in vintage Navajo jewelry. It was a terrible experience. The owner seemed friendly but they evidently only want to sell precious jewels and have no care of their customers needs. They should never advertise themselves as appraisers! Pros: The owner was friendly Cons: The appraiser was rude and unaccommodating more

I came in looking for a very specific Item: A tiny, odd sized screw for an expensive pair of designer sunglasses. The owner brought out his selection of product and I was able to select the exact part I needed. The price was extremely resonable for such a rare part. I highly recommend them! Pros: Friendly, helpful and had exactly the part I needed. Cons: none more
