Lasting impression 1/23/2011

It is funny once you find a pizza that you really love you never forget. I have not been to Pompeii in at least 20 years we moved out of the area and someone asked me what was the best pizza I ever had was and all I could think about was Pompeii. Every friday night when I was a kid we would have there pizza for dinner. So I looked them up and was happy to see that they were still there. I took my kids and we made the 45 min drive and my daughter agreed it was amazing. She loved it so much we had to go back the next week. Very good pizz and just like I remembered. more

I HAVE EATEN PIZZA IN OVER FIFTY PERCENT OF THE STATES IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.I HAVE BEEN EATING PIZZA FOR NEARLY 50 YEARS. I LOVE PIZZA!!! THERE IS A JUST A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA THAT MAKES POMPEIIS PIZZA THE BEST I'VE EVER EATEN. IT'S A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED PLACE THAT IS FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE PIZZA IS JUST AS GOOD TODAY AS IT WAS BACK IN THE MID SEVENTIES WHEN I FIRST DISCOVERED IT. Pros: VERY REASONABLE, COZY ATMOSPHERE, GOOD SERVICE more
