To prove I am not a bitter old lady, I can tell other residents had issues with them. When you have unhappy residents, everyone knows that is the recipe for disaster. I consider and honor my approach as within the law but many did not take this route. To add insult to injury, every apartment is going to have a turnover but this one has had five property managers quit in the course of a year. One even claimed that the owner came down and called her a slut for not renting more units. This can obviously be dismissed as hearsay but this informs you of the caliber of white trash you will be dealing with. They have had their fitness room broken into at least nine (9) times and televisions and equipment stolen to which their response was to put in camera's to protect their valuable asset of equipment and televisions but they have no regard for human life. This apartment complex has at least one car damaged or stolen every other month, people are harassed by management and trespassers alike but they have refused to put in security camera's. And please don't take my word for it. Call the Columbus Police Department, ask them how many complaints and how many times they frequent this lot and why. Feel free to put it together on your own. I don't want to seem like a bitter person or someone who stands something to gain...I just got to the point where enough is enough! I couldn't take it anymore and don't want someone to re-live my experiences. I think and hope I have made my point very clear, move in at your own demise but don't complain afterwards...you have been warned, especially considering you may have a family in tow, I hate to imagine what liberties they may take...it is a past I am glad to put behind. My hands are even shaking just writing this but I have to be strong and I apologize if my language offended anyone but some situations can't be covered with nicety...
