Very Pleased! 7/12/2011

I was traveling out of town when my Sienna's air conditioner went out. I called and spoke to Ralph R. and he explained that if I brought the van in, he would take a look. I was at the dealership at 7.45 AM and was met by Ralph who told me that he had one of the service men ready for me as he was expecting me. Ralph was very kind and helped me. I was out of there at 10.30. They found what was causing the air problem and they also found a nail in my tire that could have been bad when traveling back to Florida. I was very pleased! more

They are fast and the sales guy was really pleasant. I got a great deal on a new Corolla, the place was clean, the service area is impressive. After shopping around at Hyundai, Kia, and Nissan, this place was so much better. I am so happy that we bought our 10th Toyota from here! more

I'd recommend going here if you are looking to buy. Dick Poe Scion has a large selection of reliable, affordable pre-owned and new cars. I bought my first car here when I moved down to El Paso and I was happy to finally have found a reliable and honest dealer. Good, reliable, trustworthy dealers are unfortunately rare these days. more

Service repair a rip off............ 10/18/2008

I'd rate these idiots no stars, because that's how really bad they are. I took my Corolla in for what I thought was a routine repair, and I was told it would take two hours to do. Three hours later the mechanic was finished. I think he was milking the job to jack up the labor rate. Which I think is a ridiculous $89 dollars per hour. Their service managers must get extra cash for padding the bill for work you probably don't need. You go in for what you think will be a simple oil change and the bill comes to $200 dollars! From now on if I need repair work done by a dealer I'll take it to Hoy Fox Toyota. Avoid this dealer like the plague. They'll rip you off and then laugh about it. more
