I called this company and asked for an estimate to install a simple bathroom sink fixture which I had just purchased. I was told that the first hour would cost $95, and every hour thereafter would be $70, billed in 15 minute increments. The plumber was here for 1 hour and 5 minutes and gave me a bill for $240. It is true that there was a charge for parts in this bill, which were between $19 and $38 (that part of the bill is not clear.) What was clear is that in the ""estimate"" they said nothing about charging me their hourly fee for travel time, nor that I would be charged an addition ""trip"" fee for wear and tear on their truck. I feel very much suckered by this company and I will never use them again.
